AirCrew Nationalization Programs

One of the pillars of our business is being able to work within different cultures and help clients  ensure they are successful in not only obtaining major contracts, but also retaining these contracts over the long term, and ultimately growing their business.

We strive to nationalize contracts while ensuring that the services provided by our client to their customers, meets or exceeds industry best practices. Safety is never compromised in our operational approach to our customer’s needs and regulatory deliverables.

Typically, our pilot nationalization programs meet their objectives in 5-8 years, depending of course on the level of average pilot proficiency when entering our customer specific programs.

Our flight standards consultants are available to provide online guidance in real time to customer stake holders. This guidance can include:

  1. Operational insight during a customers transition to a EASA, TC, UK or FAA focussed governing document.
  2. Liasing with customers’ partners in development of OMA, OMB, OMC, OMD criteria to ensure compliance with customers’ local and international governing bodies.
  3. Developing simulator operational training programs that meet or exceed customers’ regulatory authority requirements.
  4. Offering customer flight operations stakeholders (Chief Pilot, TRE, TRI )guidance that reflects industry best practices. The customer stakeholder can always rely on our team to provide insight into operational questions that continually surface in an operational aviation service industry.

SIMULATOR TRAINING GUIDANCE

Our team has worked with multiple clients throughout the world and as such, we strive to help our clients develop the strongest flight crews for their business.

Safe Helicopter offshore operations require crews to develop strong instrument skills to mitigate the hostile environment in which they operate. This is achieved through detailed initial IFR training/checkrides through training organizations such as Flight Safety.

From here, the crews require bi- annual training/ flight checks in order to uphold the standard of proficiency required by industry customers. Our team has worked closely with our clients in all areas of simulator type training.

We tailor our service to what best suits our clients. For instance, we have developed different training criteria that our clients then take to the simulator and insert new protocols/ changes into the training module administered by the simulator owner (eg:Flight Safety. ) We are able to provide insight into required changes in specific training requirements eg: LOFT , LOSA because of our training and checking expertise.
